Your Responsibilities

Assembly and installation:
You will learn how to adjust, assemble, wire, and connect control technology assemblies and devices, as well as how to adapt components through mechanical processing. Occasionally, the finished systems must be installed on-site and handed over to the customer.

Measurement and testing:
Measuring and calculating electrical quantities is just as much a part of your tasks as checking control and regulation systems.

Configuration and programming:
In addition, configuring and programming controllers as well as installing software are also important components of the apprenticeship.

Documentation and optimization:
During and after the completion of the control cabinet, acceptance and test reports must be created, which form the basis for developing optimized processes.

Your Profile

  • You have a secondary school certificate or a good qualifying secondary school certificate
  • You enjoy math and physics
  • Electronic and logical understanding are second nature to you
  • You are communicative, a team player, and possess manual dexterity

Family-oriented & Professional

Your main task as an electronics technician for industrial engineering is to install, set up, and repair systems and machinery. At the beginning of your apprenticeship at HERMOS, you will learn in our training group how a switchgear system is manufactured using a blueprint. You will learn how to test, measure, and adjust systems, assemblies, and machines so that they function optimally for our customers.
