Technical Exchange and Practical Expertise

On September 3, 2026, HERMOS Schaltanlagen GmbH participated in the 3rd Switchgear Festival at the Hugo Junkers Hangar in Mönchengladbach. With 504 registrations, 18 technical presentations, and numerous exhibitors, the event once again provided an excellent platform for discussing current developments and future trends in switchgear manufacturing.

A particular highlight was the presentation by our Production Manager Florian Feulner. Under the title “From Island Production to Flow Manufacturing”, he shared insights into the transformation of our production processes over the past 18 months. The presentation focused on practical experiences, challenges, and key lessons learned throughout this change process, as well as opportunities to improve efficiency in modern switchgear manufacturing.
In addition to the presentation, HERMOS Schaltanlagen GmbH was represented with its own exhibition booth. There, Michael Hohlweg and Andreas Lodes welcomed customers, partners, and industry professionals for discussions about current requirements in switchgear and control cabinet manufacturing, as well as modern production technologies. The event provided valuable opportunities for exchanging ideas, sharing experiences, and building new professional connections.

The positive feedback from visitors and the strong overall participation once again demonstrated the importance of industry collaboration and knowledge sharing. We would like to thank the organizers of the SchaltschrankGESTALTER initiative and all visitors for the many insightful conversations and a successful event.
