Successful In-House Training on “Communication with Trainees”

On May 19, an in-house training session on “Communication with Trainees” took place at HERMOS Schaltanlagen GmbH, together with HERMOS AG. Participants included our trainers, workshop managers, and colleagues from the HR department.

The training focused on successful and appreciative communication with apprentices. This is because motivation, interest, enjoyment of work, and long-term commitment are significantly fostered by an open and positive communication culture.

The participants received practical tips and helpful insights for interacting with young colleagues in their daily training. The goal was to further strengthen communication and sustainably promote the quality of training.
