Apprentice Outing 2025

Early in the morning of 2025-09-04, the apprentices of HERMOS Schaltanlagen GmbH set off for Pottenstein full of energy—ready for a day of shared experiences.

After a short walk, the first highlight was already waiting: the summer toboggan run. With plenty of speed, thrills, and lots of fun, it was the perfect start to the day.

Afterwards, the group refuelled with a meal together before moving on to the next round. The decision on the rest of the programme was entirely in the apprentices’ hands—and they chose mini golf. Here, it was not only about scoring points, but above all about laughing, cheering each other on, and strengthening team spirit.

The trip to Pottenstein offered the perfect opportunity to further strengthen their cohesion and create shared memories away from everyday work.

A day full of adventure, good spirits, and team spirit—and another example that at HERMOS Schaltanlagen, not only collaboration but also togetherness is a top priority.
