Your Tasks

  • Active participation in control cabinet construction (assembly, wiring, testing)
  • Execution and approval of tests and final inspections
  • Project preparation and organization for smooth workflows in control cabinet construction
  • Monitoring production quality and compliance with standards (e.g., VDE)
  • Point of contact for production management, work preparation, and quality assurance
  • Dissemination of information, work instructions, and changes to the team
  • Identification of optimization potential in processes and workstations
  • Ensuring compliance with occupational health, safety, and environmental regulations
  • Technical authority over subordinate employees and participation in their performance evaluations

Your Profile

  • Completed vocational training in an electronic profession, preferably as an Electronics Technician for Industrial Engineering (m/f/d)
  • Several years of professional experience in the field of switchgear construction
  • Knowledge of relevant standards, regulations, and quality standards
  • Proficient use of MS Office products, especially Outlook
  • Very good command of the German language, both written and spoken
  • Independent and result-oriented way of working
  • Resilience, teamwork skills & organizational talent
